Some of our property may have service (i.e. sewer, water, power, etc.) and some of our property may be completely raw (i.e. no sewer, water, power, etc.). When a down payment is made, the property will be reserved for 21-days, once the purchase agreement is signed the down payment will be non-refundable. There is a 21-day limit to sign the contract, if not the sale will be considered as abandoned and the property will be re-listed.
